We started this girl scout troop back in 2009 with a couple of reasons. First, so that the girls will spend time with educational and fun activities in a safe and comfortable environment. Second, we want them to feel despite the rough and hectic world out there, there have a safe haven that they can come to. Third, hoping that after they graduating their girl scout they can take over the leadership and give back to the community.
During the first year, we have about ten girls to start with and now coming to the third year we have, masyaAllah sixty girls from Daisy all the way to Ambassador.
Our meetings are based in Assalam Masjid, 16700 Old Louetta Road, Spring TX 77379.
